How To Ask A Lady Out If You're Shy
1. Remember that some girls, even if they are pretty, have very low self-esteem. Girls over-analyze way
more than guys, and can take even the smallest thing in a bad way. If
you are shy, just remember that any girl will be flattered just by you
showing interest.
2 Flirt with her a little bit. If you feel like flirting is not your strongest point, don't sweat it. Just make sure she at least has a chance to realize that you might be interested in her before you ask her out. It is a big thing to have someone ask you out, but if you have no idea they like you it is even more of a surprise. Even paying special attention and talking to her more can introduce the idea to her. A lot of girls are really shy and they sometimes will never tell you if they like you. So sometimes, you have to be the one to approach them.
3 Find a good time and place to ask her out. Over the phone is good, but avoid e-mail or text messaging, which are too impersonal. Casual is the best way to go. Saying, "Hey, want to do something later?" is far better than detailing what you have carefully planned out.
4. Be confident. Unless the girl avoids you, she probably doesn't mind you, even if she doesn't outright like you. Girls are taught in society to be nice. If she says something like, "Oh, I'm really sorry, I was going out with friends that night," don't be put off. Ask only once again. If she gives another excuse, ask if she can make it another time; if she can't, she isn't interested.
5. Avoid having a friend with you. It almost always makes her nervous. A lot of girls will think you're pretty cool for being able to speak to them in private, by yourself.
6. Avoid having her friends there. It will make you nervous. Get her by herself. Enlist your friends to distract her group, or find out a time when she is alone.
7. Just do it! That's all you have to do. Just jump into it. If you like a girl and she may like you back just ask her. If you hesitate you may never build up enough confidence again. You'll never know if you don't try.
8. Even if you are not confident, act like you are. Girls love suave guys. Don't whip out a, "Hey Sexy, I'd love to get dinner with you this Friday," but be confident in yourself. Nervous guys aren't cool. If you are nervous and think it is a good idea (you are the best judge of the situation), tell her that you're a little bit nervous.
9. Avoid heavy compliments. It is okay to say you're nervous, but don't say anything too strong, like, "I'm so nervous because no girl so pretty has gone out with me before. It will make her feel weird. Coming on too strong on the first date is a big no-no. Even if she likes you, she'll feel slightly freaked out.

How To Support Your Man..FOR THE LADIES
Ladies, the good intentions are here-- I think it’s just a matter of
taking a different approach. Here are some ways you can support your
man:
How to Support Your Man
1. Trust him. Yes we live in a culture that preaches that “All men are dogs,” and “Guys will sleep with anyone.” Those assumptions are so totally untrue. Men have a loyalty gene that begins to kick in the moment that someone who matters exhibits real trust and faith in them. So when he says, "I love you," KNOW that he means it.
2. Show Optimism. When he comes home with a harebrained scheme about building a rocket to the moon, respond to him, “Fantastic! I can’t wait to get there!” Sure it may seem a little nutty for anyone who isn’t an astrophysicist, but he sure will LOVE the fact that you’re on board regardless of the improbability of him completing that rocket. And your support is always an extra incentive – because your guy wants to reward your unconditional support.
3. Push him. Once he decides to build that rocket, don’t let him get away with NOT doing it! There’s a fine line though: do not turn his lack of completion into an insult. Guys tend to thrive on a gentle mixture of belief and prodding. Unless you’re with a guy who never seems to complete anything, you can’t hammer him with, “What happened to that rocket you were supposed to build? I knew you wouldn’t do it!” No, you want to go with something more along the lines of, “How is your rocket project going? How can I help you keep at it?” The message you’re sending is that you believe in him and that you want him to succeed. He’ll love you even more for that.
4. Remember that he’s your partner. There’s something to the saying, “Let a man be a man.” Guys want to provide and protect. This desire is probably driven in some aspects by biology but to an even greater extent, societal and sociological influences. And those influences are intense. The pressure to be that protector/provider is great, sometimes suffocating. Assure him that your love and support for him is unconditional. Let him know that you two are a team; working together towards the same goals... and that the success of your relationship is up to both of you.
The fact is that some guys won't open up about all the stressors in their lives. It’s the man mentality. Encourage him to be open and help him realize that manhood shouldn’t be predicated upon "appearing" strong.
In addition to these tips—ask your guy today, “How can I show you how much I support you?” The fact that you even thought to ask that simple question shows him you are there for him... and that's what being a supportive partner is all about.

OMG !Bank Manager cought right in the act..
I must say that I am first of all shocked to the marrows that a married
woman and career lady will be so careless as to send nude pictures of
herself to her lover, for whatever reason, it is the height of
indiscretion and infidelity.
What drives married couples to become unfaithful in their relationship? Moreso, if you look at the pictures closely, you will notice that the background looks like that of an office. If the woman is eventually identified, what becomes of her job? Her reputation? Forget about her marriage- it’s past tense except her husband is from Mars.
Apparently, this is a case of a love tale gone sour. The details are sketchy as to who released the photos but it certainly is not the woman at the centre of the storm which leaves her alleged lover as suspect. There is no justification for any man no matter the offence to release nude photos of his erstwhile lover or girlfriend to the general public. She sent it to you in confidence and with the belief that it is meant For Your Eyes only. If you have such photos in your possession, soft or hard copy after break-up, why not permanently delete or shred it instead of playing childish and stupid by releasing it online or elsewhere? What if that were your mother, sister or niece?
Ladies, beware! Stop sending nude pictures of yourself to your boyfriend, lover or even keeping same on your phone or computer because you never know who might see it and decide to ‘expose’ or blackmail you at the slightest opportunity. A word they say, is sufficient for the wise.

OBJ vs.EDDRIS ABDULKAREEM on it again
For those who thought former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s anger
towards Nigerian rapper, Eidris Abdulkarem’s 2004 hit song, “Nigeria
jaga jaga”, has subsided and gone with the years goofed because the dust
is yet to settle on the matter.
The two time president of Nigeria while speaking at a forum organized by Nigeria Leadership Initiative (NLI)in Lagos on Tuesday, condemned the attitude of our modern day youth towards Nigeria.
Still so embittered over Abdulkareem’s hit track, which ruled the airwaves in 2004, Baba, as many would call him affirmed that it shows that the singer doesn’t believe in future of the country.
While lamenting the rate of corruption and suffering of the masses, Obasanjo maintained that with such mind set our youths are carried away with so much venom and hatred for their country.
According to him, “One of the worst problems Nigeria is facing is disbelief. Nigerians no longer believe in themselves neither do they believe in their country. That takes me back to that song ‘jaga jaga’. How could a sane man dare to call his country jajajaja? It is the height of blasphemy. We are grooming our youths for tomorrow’s leadership and with such persons I don’t think the country can move forward.
Concretely put, leadership connotes ability to inspire, direct, move, motivate, propel and encourage others positively to the targeted end. It is simply the ability to lead others.
An effective leader strives to avoid failure by guarding against inability to organize details, unwillingness to render humble services, fear of competition from followers, lack of imagination, selfishness, intemperance, living on rumors and gossips, favoritism and nepotism, emphasis on title and authority, excessive stress and burn out. He must also remember that leadership is an interaction between the characteristics of the leader himself and the characteristics of the situation in which leadership takes place.”
Conclusively, the Ota farmer buttressed that, “leadership should be a relay race and not an obstacle race.”

KSB warns DONJAZZY on..
The gospel artiste, who could not hide her reservation on the music
video, lashed out at Don Jazzy and Wande Coal accusing them of
increasing rape cases in Nigeria.
She further asked them to stop bringing back nudity into Nigerian music videos, which she said had stopped and stop contributing to rape cases or get stopped by God. She told them that God has taken them this far and should not misuse the privilege and become an element for destroying the society with adult contents.
According to KSB, "Naked girl in Wande Coal's new is a thumb down from me. We have kids watching. You are bringing nudity back to Nigerian [music] videos to increase cases of rape in our society. It has stopped. Please stop it.
"We don't want rape cases to increase. Please Wande Coal and Don Jazzy, stop this nudity in your [music] videos before God stops you. My dear brother (Wande Coal), the mercy and the favour of God were the elements that brought you this far, not nude girls in your [music] video. I say NO to NUDITY."

I GO DYE..badt car for badt boys.
Ace comedian, I Go Die has splashed about 21million Naira on two luxury
automobiles. The Warri, Delta State-born humour merchant acquired
14million Naira worth White-Diamond Cadillac Escalade Hybrid 2012 Model
(Platinum Edition) and a reported 7million Naira worth Range Rover
Evogue for his girlfriend, who is also his Personal Assistant, Sharon.
The posh wonders-on-wheel were bought to mark his 18years of doing comedy. We gathered that Sharon is one priced possession I Go Die cannot do without as she is second to the comedian's mother.
Who says comedy business is comedy? It is a serious business.
